is committed to protecting the privacy
of its partners and clients. Rockwater
maintains physical or electronic or
procedural safeguards to store and
secure information. We reserve the right
to make changes to our site, policies,
and conditions of use at any time. By

Rockwater’s policy is to collect only
personal information that a visitor
knowingly chooses to provide. The
following information is collected from
all visitors to Rockwater sites and is

Rockwater does not collect any personal

Rockwater maintains records in paper and
electronic form that are independent of
Internet site applications. The records
are drawn from correspondence,
communication, requests, queries, forms,
estimate requests, orders, member
surveys, shipping directions and
payments. In some instances, demographic

Credit Card information: Rockwater does
not store or disclose credit card
account information or activity provided
by its customers or customers. When
customers or clients choose to pay using
credit cards, Rockwater submits this
information to the vendor who will
collect payment, or directly to the
payment clearinghouse.
Rockwater uses the data it collects from
its pages to better serve visitors to
the pages by improving content to
respond to user needs and preferences
and to develop new products and
services. Rockwater may also provide
limited data to publisher or vendor
partners. Rockwater may release personal
